“Memorandum of Partnership” is aimed to initiate cooperation among mentioned above non-governmental organizations and the arbitration self-government body in order to ensure access to justice for the rural population.

The document signing opens up new vistas for partnership between Counterpart Creative Center, Civil Society Institute and the Arbitration Chamber of Ukraine through appliance of mechanisms of direct contacts, information interchanging and providing consultations on activity of arbitration courts.
